I immediately made another felt pendant necklace. This one is bright red with white dots, stitched with red and white floss and two white glass beads added.
I will be listing it in my shop too.


Ik maakte meteen nog een vilten ketting met hanger. Deze is fel rood met witte stippen, genaaid met rood en wit borduurgaren en met twee witte glaskralen.
Deze komt ook in mijn shop te staan.

I tried something new: I made this pendant necklace. It's made of felt and embroidered with floss. The back is made from scraps of a recycled felted wool sweater. I added a glass bead and a string to finish it.
I kind of like it, and I think I will be making more of these. There will be a few adjustments though.
What do you think?


Ik probeerde eens iets nieuws: deze vilten geborduurde hanger met ketting. Hij is van vilt en geborduurd met katoen. De achterkant is van restjes van een gerecyclede vervilte wollen trui. Een glaskraal en een koordje maken hem af.
Ik ben er wel blij mee, en ik denk dat ik er wel meer ga maken. Wel met een paar kleine aanpassingkjes.
Wat vind je ervan?

It hardly seems possible, but do you remember this scarf? I can go on and on about how long it's taken me, but the point is that I finished it! I actually finished something for the first time in ages! Yay for me! :)

But most importanly: big brother loves it!
(he refused to wear any other scarf this winter, insisting that he wait for the one I was making him)

Ik kan het me bijna niet voorstellen, maar ken je deze nog? Ik kan doorzagen over hoe lang het me wel niet heeft gekost, maar het punt is dat hij af is! Ik heb zowaar eindelijk weer eens iets afgemaakt! Yay voor mij! :)

Maar het allerbelangrijkste: grote broer vindt 'm prachtig!
(hij weigerde deze winter een andere sjaal te dragen en stond erop te wachten tot deze af was)
